lot so of course the color was not going to be perfect. The color was in no way a beige. [redacted] allowed us to return the carpet because of their satisfaction guarantee. Stated on our contract we can not cancel orders once they have been processed. We offered to order a different dye lot of the carpet they picked out but they will not accept that.
