Initial Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 11, 2015/11/03) */ hello [redacted] called us to get a quote on a windshield replacement on march I pick up the phone all the time and honestly dont remember what was the price for this but im 100% sure wasnt because that price doesnt even cover the basic expenses, she called back a week or two after that and set up the appt our quotes are valid only for the next days after the first call because the warehouse run out of parts fast, even though we honored the price of minus promo plus tax, that morning the warehouse showed up and the part was defective so we couldnt install it like that customer was notified so we never let her waiting for us all day we told her that this part was exhausted and no longer in the market, thats when she said I quoted her and I said thats impossible because barely covers the expenses and nobody cant make it for that price, I asked again if she was sure about it she said YES I insisted and couldnt convince her even after I explained to her all the expenses to install a windshield, I told her I would call her as soon as the warehouse call me I will contact her , warehouse call and says that they never had a part that cheap and if I want it to replace that glass would be and the costumer need to pay after the promoi believe the costumer got confused with the price since the first call, im glad I didnt touch her car because im sure she would refuse to pay the right pricei always provide a price thats accurate according to year and model, she said last time we talked that she should be finding another glass company I think she found that NOBODY can replace a glass for that price thats why she came back to meas I said on the phone yesterday if its my fault and I need to spend money out of my pocket I will do it in order to fix the problem and make my costumer happy, but in this case we wont replace the glass for her at or even full price appreciate all your help [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (4200, 13, 2015/11/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) basic expenses, she called back a week or two after that and set up the appt our quotes are valid only for the next 4 days after the first call because the warehouse run out of parts fast, even though we honored the price of 285 minus 100 promo 185 plus tax, that morning the warehouse showed up and the part was defective so we couldnt install it like that customer was notified so we never let her waiting for us all day we told her that this part was exhausted and no longer in the market, thats when she said I quoted her 99.10 and I said thats impossible because barely covers the expenses and nobody cant make it for that price, I asked again if she was sure about it she said YES I insisted and couldnt convince her even after I explained to her all the expenses to install a windshield, I told her I would call her as soon as the warehouse call me I will contact her , warehouse call and says that they never had a part that cheap and if I want it to replace that glass would be 285 and the costumer need to pay 185 after the promo. I believe the costumer got confused with the price since the first call, im glad I didnt touch her car because im sure she would refuse to pay the right price. I always provide a price thats accurate according to year and model, she said last time we talked that she should be finding another glass company I think she found that NOBODY can replace a glass for that price thats why she came back to me. as I said on the phone yesterday if its my fault and I need to spend money out of my pocket I will do it in order to fix the problem and make my costumer happy, but in this case we wont replace the glass for her at 99.10 or even full price.

The merchant did not address the fact that we had a scheduled time for them to come to my house for repair, and they NO-SHOWED, wasting my time as I took off work that morning to wait for them.
Given the hostile response by this merchant and lack of any proposed resolution, I do not trust this business to do a repair of my windshield, in addition to the fact that they have never called me when they say they will, and they have no-showed for their services already. Therefore, I would like a refund of $15 of the voucher that I purchased from [redacted] I have tried to contact [redacted] with no success.
