time was also an employee of *** *** DrR*** opened his own practice (Listed above) and offered to continue in her treatment just charging the lab fee of $and for her implant partsAs for his daughter she was offered a new client special of $for a cleaning and x-rayUpon her dental evaluation it became evident that she would need a deep scaling as appose to a general cleaning which costs $a quadrantDue to the increase in price and the realization that it would cost quite a bit more Madhavi, whom is the office manager at Innova dental, asked his daughter to call her father so that she may explain the situationShe then spoke with *** *** and offered to offset the cost and only charge him $a quadrantThe total then would be $instead of $1,*** *** became very irate and insisted we return his payment of $and that his daughter leave the premises at onceOnce his daughter was able to get the card information from her father (because the credit card wasn’t present), we immediately reversed the charges and returned the $paymentIn regards to the trauma of his daughter, she initially came here quite nervous for her cleaning and in our opinion it was his reaction that caused her traumaAt this time we believe that since he never paid this office the $17,he was charged, it would be in his best interest to submit a claim to *** *** If there is any further information you need please do not hesitate to reach out to our office

I am rejecting this response because:MAHAVI WAS THE MANAGER AND ALL CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT WERE MADE BY HER AND NOT [redacted] MANAGER. SHE AND DR. JEFF ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING $250.
