We were able to communicate with [redacted]. [redacted] at 06/19/2017, 10:28 am (PST) and found a resolution behalf of the miscommunication. We apologize for his inconvenience and will honor his warranty and we have provided Mr. [redacted] with a shipping label to send the 3040c into our facility for repair/replacement at no charge.
