Good Morning, As this correspondence has been missed and just now coming across my desk, I do apologize for the delay and have lined everything up to get consumer *** *** his requested refund ASAPThe satisfaction of our consumers is very important to us, and we are sorry to hear that this was Jeff's experience with our product, as well as our refund processWhile we can see from the attachments here that Jeff did send in his formal request for a monetary refund, it was not received to our headquarters and is the reason why it was not processedWhile we now have all the required information needed to cut Jeff a refund for the product he was dissatisfied with, I have already contacted our accounting department and am having a check cut for the total amount requested this afternoonIt will then be mailed to Jeff at the address he provided to us on his letter and mailed out today as wellIt will be sent via USPS mailAgain, we do apologize for the delay and miscommunication regarding this refund and please know it is certainly not up to our standardWe appreciate Jeff's patience while we got all the information and will be processing his request todayIf he has any continued issues or further questions, please have him reach out to us directly via email at [email protected] where we can get back to him asap Thank you,
