Review: I ordered the basic package from them and I never received my order or a tracking number to verify the package had been sent. When I contacted them by phone, they said they do not handle any purchase issues over the phone. When I contacted them by email, they said the package had been delivered and then never responded to any further inquiries.Desired Settlement: Delivery or a refund if delivery is not possible.

Review: hello, I bought the product "quick extender pro", the price on the web site seemed fine, but when all was said and done, I did not take into consideration the 'Canada/USA" exchange rate. The Canadian dollar is kinda low at the moment, so my product came out to be almost 500$ can. After a few days I called them up to see how I can send it back, because I had a 100% satisfaction, no questions asked guarantee. The guy on the phone gave me such a HARD time, and would not listen to me for a minute. this guy was impossible. So boxed it up, paid for the return of this product from my own pocket, and sent it back to the address on the box, [redacted]. a few weeks later, I got the box back, claiming this address don't exists. Anyway, I re-sent it to [redacted], they have not picked it up yet, and I still did not get my refund.Desired Settlement: 1-I want them to take back product, and give me back my money, so I can buy the product again, but a smaller package.

2-my refund, plus the smaller package free?? (just thought I can try)

Review: I placed an order with this company on 4/**/2014 over the phone. After a week, I emailed inquiring about receiving my order, and the return policy; they answered my question stating that refunds don't apply to the one month supply of their product (I was Okay with that); however, they failed to mention anything about the delivery of my order. When I call the company to get answers, they can not help, because all they can do is take orders on the phone. Even the Live Support offline has been no help. I have sent at least 7 emails detailing my contact and order information, but have yet to receive any responses from the company. I have even left multiple messages with reps over the phone but they still have yet to reply to any of my messages. It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order and I have grown extremely frustrated with this company's lack of customer support and responses.Desired Settlement: Since it has been so long since I placed my order, I have found another product, since mine from ([redacted]) has yet to be delivered. So I would simply like a refund of my money ($59.92) that was billed to my credit/debit card. Thank you.

Review: I suffer from Peyronies disease. When I read about the Quick Extender Pro and its ability to correct this condition I ordered one from this company. I received this early April and started to wear. I followed the directions and wore it daily for 6 months. After 6 months I found that this device did not improve my condition one bit. I returned it to them on October *, 2015, they received it in their offices on October *, 2015. I was assigned a ticket number [redacted], on November * I requested a status of my refund, at that time I was assigned another ticket number [redacted], another week went by and on Nov. ** I again requested a status of my refund and again assigned another ticket number [redacted]. I have invested $152.99 for this device plus $9.99 shipping and $12.65 shipping to return.. They did offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee which they do not seem to stand by.Desired Settlement: I expect I complete refund.
