There are SO many things that this company has done wrongThe professionalism that I have encountered is non existing, and the service received was half doneA secondary company is fixing the issues on a brand new installed HVAC unitWhen this company came out to install the new unit, they left without it working, and they left a breaker off in my houseThe breaker led to my deep freezer, and we did not discover this until a week later when our AC STILL WAS NOT WORKINGThis caused a loss of food plus 200+ ounces of breastmilk for my daughterI was told by my warranty company that someone from their insurance should reach out to me and I have not heard anything When I asked for an itemized invoice they refuse to provide it to meI would like this for my records so I know WHEN something breaks how old the item is, and what company installed it Work that is being corrected is: Rewiring the system (They ran wiring through my duct work- against fire code), patching a hole in

We were referred to Innovated as the contractor from our Home Warranty providerI phoned the company to san appointment as our AC is currently outI spoke to [redacted] *** who was one of the rudest "customer service" individuals with whom I've ever dealtHer tone was condescending and throughout our entire call, she acted as if she was doing me a favor by talking to me about available appointmentsShe mentioned that they had a Saturday between 8-I said "you don't have anything sooner, by chance?" she said "Saturday between 8-12." I said "okay we'll take it." She said "okay, the 12" I asked if that was a window or was the appointment now for She said it's a windowWhen I said I got confused because she said "12" she interrupted me and said, "No I did not, I said 8-12" - Her continuously "always right" and combative attitude had me so shocked and frustrated that I asked to speak to her manager when we were finished with our call She then informed me that she is the managerI said "you are being very rude." She then said to me "NoI don't think soI think you are just having a bad day." I told her I was having a bad day b/c our AC is out and I am trying to get someone to come and fix it, and if she is the manager, then I will call the home warranty company to alert them of her behaviorShe then told me that per process she has hours to call someone back but she is better than that and gets to people between and hoursI did not ask for any of this information and furthermore, she didn't call me, I called the company So, incredibly frustrated at this point, I called her a "hero" for letting me know how good she is at her jobShe then said she was going to take a note against me for "berating" herI reminded her at this point that technically I am the client and this is a really interesting way to treat someone who wants to give you money, and proceeded to hang up instead of continuing to engage in her anticsAt this point I called the home warranty company to tell them I was unable to work with this company with someone as unprofessional as [redacted] *** at the helmShe then proceeded to call my husband (whose number is also associated with our account) and complained about me and canceled our appointmentThis entire fiasco was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever hadTLDR: [redacted] ***, [redacted] , is one of the rudest and most unprofessional individuals I have ever encounteredI would never use this business based on her alone

My experience with Innovated was excellent My home warranty company uses this business for heating and cooling issues for its clients in the StLouis area The appointment and repair were taken care of very quickly, and the technician was proficient and professional It was clear to me that these folks take pride in what they do You will be in good hands if Innovated is sent to do your repair

We just placed a call with Innovated and they have been so nice! Their customer service is greatWe can't be seen until tomorrow, but they did offer to put us on a wait list in case of cancellationI appreciated their willingness to help and their friendly approach on the phoneThat really put me at ease during this unfortunate situation (furnace is out and it's a chilly degrees outside!)I'm hopeful that their technical service will be equally as good as their customer service

Was getting a funny odor from my furnace exhaust, and Google told me I should start by having the heat exchanger checked & cleaned Their technician showed up, looked around in the furnace, blew out a clogged drain pipe, and said “There ya go, now would you like to sign up for an annual preventative maintenance plan?” I said no Odor persisted Innovated sent another tech out who told me it was because my exhaust and air inlet were too close together on the outside of the house, even though they were in the exact same place they had been throughout all those years of odor-free furnace operation Two weeks later, my carbon monoxide detectors start going nuts and it turns out I have a cracked heat exchanger Now it seems to me that any competent HVAC contractor could have diagnosed this and made a few bucks on the repair, however Innovated seems to exist solely for the purpose of selling fake services and preventive maintenance plans I do not recommend

Innovated did a great job on a recent furnace repairFrom timeliness of response, to problem resolution to professional courtesy, we could not have asked for a better experienceWe really appreciated their workThey even corrected some small unrelated items that were affecting the unit's performance while they were at it
