After the tub door kit was installed on March 13th, the homeowner reviewed the completed work and
signed our invoice stating the work was completed to his satisfaction(Record of this signature and invoice are on file in our office)
Starting on March 30, 2017, our office started to receive phone calls from the homeowner stating his dissatisfactionThe owner of our company visited the homeowner three times in March and April regarding these complaintsThese complaints ran from the tub being too smooth to being too roughIt was a different complaint each time
The company owner found that the job was completed in a professional manner that his company consistently displaysBecause these complaints would not cease from the homeowner, the company owner decided to send the installation technician back to try to appease the homeownerThis act of goodwill was not well received by the homeowner who was belligerent and argumentative with the technician each time he arrived at the homeowner's residence
The technician returned to the home on four separate occasions (supported by documentation filed in our office) and spent a total of hours resurfacing the tub unit twice and installing extra parts including a tub over drain cover, tub drain flange and tub drain overflow gasket at no extra chargeAlso, the technician used our drain vision camera to inspect the main sewer drain from the house to the street at no chargeThe technician sent pictures taken of the completed work to the officeThese pictures are on file to review
Pettis Plumbing has concluded that there is no satisfactory follow up work that we can perform, that has not already been done, to please this homeownerOur technician refuses to return to this home because of the manner in which he was treated while on site

Many delays in getting door from Pettis through his supplierDissatisfaction was addressed to tech but was not conveyed to owner as he said he was not informed of problemWe had to follow up ourselvesTherefore many phone callsSome calls were not returnedWe were never rude to anyoneDid not ask for extrasThey offered them free because of delaysTub was never done to our satisfaction that is why they had to keep coming backTech told us it should not be in that stateInvoice was signed as Pettis said they would make it rightWe trusted them to do soBut apparently that is not their way of doing business
