I, *** *** owner/stylist of innovation SALON was out of the country in ***, *** when this unfortunate incident occurred *** contacted me and I asked her to let *** know as soon as I got back I would be in touch with herI have talked to *** a few times on the phone
trying to resolve this matterI offered her the majority of her money backactually, $out of $the return is half off the cost of her hair, along with the $tip she left for ***Her extensions are a personal purchase and neither the company or my salon can refund the hairShe has wanted to take some time to consider my offer
This has been an upsetting feedback for our stylist *** *** as well as the others here, the salons reputation and for myselfWe are a quality salon of years with quality products and talent.
I am willing to keep the peace and make someone happyWe hope *** will do the same

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 I am still losing out on 267 dollars. Not including what I had to pay to fix my hair after [redacted] completely messed it up. So I basically lost 400 dollars to not even have my hair how I wanted it. Had [redacted] not messed up the extensions, they would still be on my head right now. Why should I have to pay for her mistake? I feel that the owner needs to take responsibility for the work that HER employee carelessly did on my hair in her salon. I still have the extensions. The color that she made them is ridiculous and not what I asked for. Again, why should I have to pay for what she messed up on and what I didn't ask for?
