We spoke to the customer who dealt with a spanish salesperson and was explained in spanish everything on the contractHe said he understood the whole time on everything that was presentedWithin the next couple of days his girlfrien came in trying to tell us he understood nothingWe sat with him again and he said I understandThen his girlfrien started complaining to everyoneHe is the person to deal with not his girlfriend who thinks she bought the carWe talk to him and all is goodShe gets involved and all is not good

ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I received a call from Anthony(General Manager) from Innovation Toyota on Wednesday afternoon July **, 2016 and he asked me to come into the dealership at 1:30pm to talk to him regarding my complaint. I did and it seems like I ended up getting what I wanted regarding the price of my vehicle. I think if I had done this on my own that I wouldn’t have gotten the same results as I did with you initiating this complaint with them from me. It may take awhile for all the extra’s to get cancelled i.e. tire and rim warranty, extended maintenance, etc and the new loan to reflect this. My initial loan was for $36,000 now it’s going to be $29,000. He said he was going to send me a check for $1,500 on top of this. I still think the price is high but will take it. He also told me that under New York state law that a dealership can charge 130 percent more for a vehicle so I feel very lucky that I have you folks on my side. I do not need to call Gina or anyone at your unethical business as my credit card company has initiated a dispute and has reversed the chargeYou can just let the charge reversal stay, and the refund will be complete. I wrote you a demand letter on June **, 2016. I waited for the Dealership to do the right thing, and two people at your Dealership lied to me stating that they had initiated the refund, when in fact nothing was doneIf you had not heard from Revdex.com on my behalf, you would not have done anythingIf anyone at your dealership has any courtesy & even a hint of being ethical, you could send a reparation amount to Revdex.com for me, which I will gladly share with them on a percentage basis for facilitating the refundThe reparation would be for the cruelty & bullying by you and your staff and for aggravation, inconvenience caused due to delay in obtaining a vehicle, and my lost personal & professional time that your attempted "bait & switch" has causedNot to mention the gas spent for the three trips I had to make to your dealership for a car I was set to buyI have bought cars before, and never have I dealt with so much incompetence, unprofessionalism & unethical dealingsI am sure I will buy more cars, but never from you or your dealership, and not even from ToyotaIf Toyota does not screen their dealers, then they must themselves be doing a lot of wrong.

We spoke to the customer and explained the process of how he was chargedHe said that he was still upset so we offered a refund to help offset his charges and try to make him feel a little better about usHe stated that he didn't want any refund and that complaining to as many people was just what
he was going to doWe did reach out and try to help to no avail

They did call and offered a refund of $68. I told them that 1.6 hours of labor, like they charged to do the same job in June 2014 at todays labor rate of $125 per hour would be $200. They charged me $500. I expected a refund of $300, and $68 was going to make me happy. I told him I intended to file a complaint with the Suffolk County Consumer Affairs Office. I also said I didn't think a car with 87,000 mile should need to have water pump replaced 3 times, 2 of them within 25,000 miles. So NO I will not accept their attempt so settle this for a refund of $68.  Thank You

The business has not issued a refund yet. They told me that they had initiated a refund on June **, 2016. I do not have that yet. My credit card company told me that by law they have to wait for 15 days for a refund to show up. This has not happened yet. How do I know that they are not lying again? A woman named Gina left a voicemail for me, asking for my credit card number to issue a refund yesterday!! Am I am dead scared to give them any more of my information. Their response saying they are sorry about my bad experience and hiding behind 'we are new" is a joke. They intentionally tried to defraud me.
