On June 10th a reservation was made for [redacted] under a Group Block for a Wedding Party for 07/24/at a discounted rate at + Tax, which totaled $for a room with two Queen Beds for a minimum of two people with a charge for any additional guestThe cancellation policy for the Group Block is hours prior to date of arrivalThe reservation for [redacted] was not reserved under the Group Block That reservation was not the same type of room as [redacted] s room [redacted] reserved a room with a one Queen BedThat reservation had a hour cancellation policyOn 07/25/the front desk associate was approached by [redacted] who inquired about staying an extra night requesting the room she had stayed in on Friday night The associate indicated yes we could do that and a reservation was madeThere was nothing mentioned about switching a room for another guestI explained to [redacted] that we had set up a reservation upon her request for an additional night to be kept in her same roomOur Front Desk was not aware there were more than people in her room which would have been an extra charge of per personI also informed her the room [redacted] had reserved was a room with one Queen BedWe are not able to upgrade or switch rooms without the consent of the guest, with that being said our Front Desk staff had not seen nor heard from [redacted] throughout the whole weekendThey did not come in to register or discuss a cancellation or an upgradeAll charges for July 25th are valid Thank you, [redacted] Super Verona Direct: [redacted] Fax:

On 05/05/2015 a reservation that was made for 08/30/2015 through 09/03/2015. On 04/29/2015 we had implemented through all our internet sites of our change in our policy for the above dates to pre-paid, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. The reservation was made directly at our property for Dr.... L [redacted] on 05/05/15 by a travel agency at 3:43pm. Per my conversation with my associate she had received a phone call from the travel agency; she spoke with [redacted] on 05/05/15 that made the reservation for the dates in question. I left a message on the number that was given on our reservation reiterating our cancellation policy and requesting a call back. Later in the evening on 05/05/15 I received a phone call back from Dr. L**, at 6:55pm I stressed the terms of the reservation to him and he was ok with it. He also added another night to his stay. We then charged the card on file for the full amount of the stay. On the morning of 05/06/15 I was informed that the travel agent [redacted] had called to cancel reservation. I received a call approx. 4:15pm I explained the situation and our policy as well as the conversation with Dr L [redacted] and the adding of the extra night. I received 6 phone calls from [redacted] and one from Dr. L**, demanding I cancel reservation and also indicating I lied about him adding an extra night. As a gesture of goodwill, the last night of the reservation that was made by Dr. L [redacted] was canceled and the money refunded. Thank you, P [redacted] Super 8 Verona

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I received a call from Wyndham hotels corporate customer service on Saturday, August the associate,***, stated she was going to work with the Super Hotel in Verona, WI to remove the charge and ensure that the dispute I placed with my credit card company went through because the Verona WI Super Hotel was incorrect to charge me for an extra room as I did not ask to stay an additional night but rather to check out of my hotel and check in *** ***.The reservation made on Friday night is in my name *** ***If I had asked to stay another night the reservation would have been in the same name but it wasn't the associate at Super put the reservation under a separate name Aaron (misspelled to *** ***The agent at the front desk did not do what I asked, as I explained to *** and *** from Corporate, and has not been truthful with the recollection of eventsMoreover, I was told to check out and return the keys so that new keys could be issued for *** ***'s reservation which we obliged on Saturday.Again, I received a call from Wyndham corporate customer service and was told by the agent this matter will be resolvedI disputed the charge of $through my bank and was advised that if the charge was not credited back to my account to speak to the customer service through WyndhamI checked today and the charge shows as credit to my credit cardI called Customer Service at Wyndham corporate and was told my a supervisor that the charge has been credited and *** worked with the general manager at Super in Verona, WI to reverse the charge and credit my account.At this point, I show a credit to my accountif the credit drops off I will reopen my compliant and work with wyndham corporate to resolve as advised by ***Otherwise this matter has been resolved by going through Wyndham Corporate

the Group Block is 72 hours prior to date of arrival. The reservation for [redacted] was not reserved under the Group Block.  That reservation was not the same type of room as [redacted]s room. [redacted] reserved a room with a one Queen Bed. That reservation had a 24 hour cancellation policy. On 07/25/15 the front desk associate was approached by [redacted] who inquired about staying an extra night requesting the room she had stayed in on Friday night.  The associate indicated yes we could do that and a reservation was made. There was nothing mentioned about switching a room for another guest. I explained to [redacted] that we had set up a reservation upon her request for an additional night to be kept in her same room. Our Front Desk was not aware there were more than 2 people in her room which would have been an extra charge of 6.00 per person. I also informed her the room [redacted] had reserved was a room with one Queen Bed. We are not able to upgrade or switch rooms without the consent of the guest, with that being said our Front Desk staff had not seen nor heard from [redacted] throughout the whole weekend. Guest was contacted through Wyndham Customer Care, the hotel offered to refund two nights on a non-refundable reservation but he declined. He wants a full refund. Super 8 Verona

I don't see any response from the business other than the bill which was not correct in the frist place and why I submitted this claim. The actual charge should have been 200 less since this was booked under an employee discounted rate and that was provided to the hotel prior to check in. I am looking to get the $200 credited to my credit card for the over billing. [redacted]
