We apologize for the inconvenience the customer incurredWe did in fact call the the day of to confirm the appointment We did notify the customer that the technician will call 30-mins prior to arrivalThe technician did call the customer and was getting a ring followed by a busy signal He did inform the office and we did call as well and received the ring followed by just a constant busy signalWe did call three times within minsWe only had one phone number for the customer The technician must verbally confirm an appt before he can go to a customers house We apologize for this misunderstanding and will do all we can to resolve the matter I did reach out to the customer after receiving this notice but did not get an answerI did go ahead and leave a message for her We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will do all we can to make the customer happyWe would appreciate if the customer will allow us to schedule an appt for her estimate and if she agrees to have the work done we will discount the price for her inconvenienceAgain, Innovative Air Specialists apologizes for this miscommunication and would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible and will do what's necessary to ensure the customer satisfaction

We apologize for the inconvenience the customer incurred. We did in fact call the the day of to confirm the appointment.  We did notify the customer that the technician will call 30-45 mins prior to arrival. The technician did call the customer and was getting a ring followed by a busy signal....

He did inform the office and we did call as well and received the ring followed by just a constant busy signal. We did call three times within 30 mins. We only had one phone number for the customer.  The technician must verbally confirm an appt before he can go to a customers house.  We apologize for this misunderstanding and will do all we can to resolve the matter.  I did reach out to the customer after receiving this notice but did not get an answer. I did go ahead and leave a message for her.  We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will do all we can to make the customer happy.
