Review: I purchased this baby monitor/camera(IP Pro)online on 11/10/13 for $129.99. This was a baby shower gift for my daughter. Instructions came with the monitor but I was unable to get the camera to work. I called [redacted] at ###-###-#### for technical assistance. A recording came on stating that all associates were busy and to leave a message. I left approximately 8 different messages with no response. I then contacted [redacted] via their website "contact us" page and still no repsonse. I even found [redacted] on [redacted] and left a message there pleading with them to please have someone contact me. As of today (03/10/14) no one from [redacted] has contacted me and I am basically stuck with $129.99 piece of non-functional equipment.Desired Settlement: I would really like some technical support. If I can get some assistance to get this baby monitor/camera working I would be fine with that. If something is wrong with the camera I would either like a replacement or a refund. I am willing to work with this company but they have been non-responsive.
