I hired Innovative Auctions on 2 Sep 16 to sell remaining estate items from my parents downsizing home. Innovative auctions was contracted for 25% commission, $150 for a 16' truck, and $1 hammer throw fee per auction, I am a retired combat veteran, Innovative Auctions repeatedly belittled me calling me incompetent. The company lacks professionalism and is driven by HATE and SPITE. The proceeds of the auction were $808 dollars, in which I was owed $390 after fees and commissions. They erroneously billed for labor that wasn't agreed to in the contract. This was not in the contract and amounts to 60 hours of labor, when it was 4 hours at most. This is their scheme - if proceeds are $2000, they bill $2000 in advisterising and labor, if proceeds are $3000, they bill $3000 in advertising and labor. They are only interred in liquidating your estate for their sole interest.. They lack a true consumer base beyond friends and families, so items sell much less than market value. So my pool table that I had a buyer lined up for $400 on craigslist, Innovative Auctions sold for a total of $10. The service is not worth it, and when I found this out tried to get my remaining items back. They then tried to extort another $600 in fees, in which I refused. I would NEVER deal with this company again unless you want to be belittled, harassed, while having all your estate items stolen and liquidated to only serve their interest. They are a borderline criminal organization that are masters of fraud and extortion after gaining your trust.
