There seems to be a communication issueWe immediately responded to the Facebook communication from the customer on Saturday, March 11th, and followed up with an email on Monday, March 13thWe did not feel the TPMS (tire pressure sensor) would solve any problemsIn addition, the sensor needs programming; we cannot perform the necessary programmingProgramming can be performed at any Land Rover dealershipWe tried to verbally explain this more than once, as we didn't want the customer to have to pay for a service that didn't seem necessaryWe also noted this on the invoice that the customer signedTest driving is mandatory and normal, to assure the vehicle is safe to drive, and both before and after repairs test drives were less than milesI'm confused as to how we refused to return the customer's keysWe performed the repairs for the exact amount, to the penny, upon which the customer agreed, but we will gladly refund the amount requestedCheck # ***, for $85.00, per customer request, has been drafted and will be sent, via post, to the customer today

I took my SUV to this Innovative Auto Shop in Akron on 3/11/approximately 10:am and I confirmed that the work to my vehicle would be new front brakes and a new TPMS sensor to left rearThe owner's Jeff his daughter not only refused at first to due the agreed service of applying my tire pressure alarm she allowed the technician without my knowledge or permission to drive my car several miles and then refused to give me the keys to my vehicle even though I paid for my services in full

We tried to verbally explain this more than once, as we didn't want the customer to have to pay for a service that didn't seem necessary. We also noted this on the invoice that the customer signed. Test driving is mandatory and normal, to assure the vehicle is safe to drive, and both before and after repairs test drives were less than 5 miles. I'm confused as to how we refused to return the customer's keys. We performed the repairs for the exact amount, to the penny, upon which the customer agreed, but we will gladly refund the amount requested.
