To begin with we would like to thank this customer for their long term business with us and we regret the issues that they are experiencing with the websiteWe have been attempting to communicate with the customer to get more information regarding the problem with accessWe still need some additional info such as the IP address used for access, and what browser and device is being usedWe are working through the problem on our end but need that informationThe website is not down across the board so we need to isolate the cause of the issueIn regards to the late charges these should have been reversed already due to the issue with the website being inaccessible to the customerWe are happy to take a payment by phone while this issue is being resolvedWe would appreciate a call from the customer so that we could help with thatOur rental contract does outline the procedure for when a unit may be auctioned for non-payment however this situation does not apply as the customer was not able to make payment via the internetWe just ask that the customer give us a call so that we can settle the account over the phoneThank you
