Upon receiving this complaint, we verified that both the building and plumbing permits were pulled and closed correctly Final inspections were completed for both The plumbing permit in question was verified closed on February 16th, We spoke to both the plumber and the actual inspection official that conducted the plumbing inspection to verify this When we spoke on Monday the 25th, we informed you of our findings and provided you the information you requested If you need any further assistance in solving your occupancy issues, we are more than happy to help in any way we can; however, all appropriate permits that were pulled by Innovative to complete your project were also closed properly

Mrand Mrs [redacted] , Like we just discussed on the phone, you have a very unique problem with iron ochre as well as ablevels of alkali We are continuing to try new techniques to get you the results you want, and will continue to until you are happy I am sorry there was a miscommunication between your husband and our production manager in regards us being there today The specialty pumps we ordered today, July 14th, are scheduled to be delivered this coming Friday – We will get to your home next Wednesday to install them Please feel free to call me directly with and questions or concerns until then Respectfully, Ben [redacted]

We reached out to the customer because the project was not paid in fullIn order for Innovative to honor warranty work the project must be paid in fullThe first suggestion was for the customer to reapply for the loan as the amount she is approved for is out of our handsManagement was not aware
of the issue because the customer contacted the salesperson who is no longer with us
