So I request to reopen my complaint.And contractor *** *** he allready repaired electric issue and he is going to repair the vinyl issues next week or two weeks.When I talk with contractor March 1st week he told me.Thank you

The sale rep of this company was at my store and aware what my system is look likeThe reason the company have to come out three time it because every time they come out they can't install the program first it can't read the bar code, second the scale is not working and the third time it can't accepting food stamp It is not our fault if they have to come out ten timeThe company is the one give up because they can't install the program.We try to work with the company we have give them time to solve the problem but they give upSo the company have no right to keep my deposit money

This customer signed contract with us on 10/22/2015.  This customer also required few changes to be made to our program to work with some of her old equipment.  We made all the necessary changes and travel to her place 3 times and each time something new and unexpected was brought to our...
