representatives that spoke with her explained to her that it was not possible, she is upset with them and is labeling them rude for simply doing their job. The consumer was very annoyed from the very beginning of the call just because we called her and escalated the situation because she didn't want to accept the fact that she needed to catch up her missed payments by her own admission. If this were a delinquent car payment and she missed three months of payments, I am pretty sure the bank would ask her to catch up to avoid default. This is a very similar situation. She was given a very generous payment plan to begin with considering the large balance that she defaulted on, and she failed to make payments as agreed. 17 attempts to contact the consumer by phone and 1 letter was mailed from March 2016 to June 2016 to notify her that her payments expired went unanswered until finally she answered our call on June 22nd 2016. If she would like to continue paying her account she is more than welcome to call in and begin paying again, but as she was told, the past months missed payments must be made up.

On 02/15/2017 a representative made a phone call at approximately 12:00 pm to what we thought may be a good phone number to [redacted]. A woman answered the phone and refused to provide any identifying information to the representative that had placed the call. Our company cannot disclose any...

personal information about the nature of the call without properly identifying the party we are trying to reach. At no time during the call did [redacted] choose to ID herself to receive any information. This call was the first time we had made a live contact at phone number [redacted]. This call lasted 44 seconds and was our rep asking to verify information and she refused and hung up. We could not establish from this phone call that we were speaking to the correct party.The rep called the next phone number on file and it happened to be a work number. Our rep asked to speak to [redacted]. When [redacted] got on the line the rep asked "Hello, is this [redacted]?" [redacted] then said "From now on cease and desist do not call me at work. I am telling you right now I will send you something in writing contact me on my cell phone. If you call me again I will get a lawyer". [redacted] hung up.This call lasted 12 seconds At no time on either call was our representative rude our making disparaging remarks. The fact is that [redacted] was speaking over our rep who spoke in a light and pleasant voice the entire time.Next [redacted] calls back into our office and wanted to speak with a manager. Her call was transferred to manager Neal Anderson. Neal took call and immediately [redacted] was escalated and was telling him her version of what happened. In this call, Neal was calm and trying to receive the information that [redacted] was talking about. She was speaking so fast that Neal was trying to slow her down to address all her concerns.She tells Neal that we have called her at work four times. We reviewed the account and found that the call to her work that day was the only call made to her regarding this matter. Neal asked her if she was sure it was us repeatedly calling and she insists we did. Our phone system and software tracks all outgoing and incoming calls very accurately. Our records show that we called her work once that day. [redacted] claims that every person she spoke to here was rude, disparaging and talking over her when in fact after listening to every call associated with this situation, it was [redacted] that was taking over everyone and unwilling to speak calmly despite everyone from our company keeping their cool.Every call from her coming in or out was recorded and reviewed. At no time was there any conversations that we unprofessional or rude. [redacted] was the only one escalated and making unjust threats against our company. We treat every consumer with respect when we speak with them. If someone has a concern, their concern is dealt with in a professional manner. In this case, we tried everything we could to address[redacted]s concerns but she wanted to yell and argue despite the calmness of our representatives. She ended each call hanging up and never allowed her situation to deescalate.We have since closed the account. She will not receive any further calls from Innovative Debt Recovery,Inc. All calls are available for review upon request.

Yes, I will catch up on my payments. But the rude manner like I said before was not called for, and some of the events the were listed was not very accurate. All I'm saying is customer service goes a long way! Thank you

I received a call from Innovative Debt Recovery this morning and was shocked at the unprofessionalism displayed by the agent. The agent would not identify the company he was with and consistently talked over me while making disparaging remarks.
