To whom it may concern, Upon demolition of kitchen it was discovered that homeowner had existing leak that needed to be fixedMr [redacted] stated that he had a possible neighbor that was a plumber/handyman and that the leak would be an easy fixOn 07/20/Mrs [redacted] notified us that drywall work needed to be done where the leak was, leading us to understand that the leak had been fixedWe went ahead and scheduled personal and took care of the drywall situation which was not in the original scope of workMr [redacted] later informed us that the leak issue was never resolvedWe then removed the new drywall and took care of the leak that was also not in the original contract, all while working in good faith to take care of the customer and not charge them with unexpected costly change ordersAside from the leak and drywall there was other work done also not in the original contract but all in good faith to keep a good working I relationship with the client since we did have some miscommunication and flaws doing the cabinet manufacturingAll of these factors eventually added up thus prolonging their remodeling project, in regards to the running water the only area with no running water is in the kitchen sink all other areas are functionalWe will be contacting the homeowner in regards to their desired settlementSincerely, [redacted] Vice president
