I am rejecting this response because: none of my issues have been resolved to any satisfaction with Alpha AutosportsI went there to see what they could due regarding all the issues with my vehicle and all [redacted] had offered to write me a check at which I don't know the amount but I'm assuming it would be a couple hundred at most but I? brought to his attention my other issues that the autoshop brought up to me that made my car completely unsafe to drive which is that my shocks are dead and my studs are cracked and engine is weak and there is no telling when my engine can go out [redacted] again told me to try and go through my extended warranty which I told him a number of times that they wont cover those issuesHe then tells me that he will talk to my warranty company himself and try to see why they won't cover my repairsA week and a half goes by and he finally calls me back and basically tells me every thing that I already know which is my warranty will not cover my expensesI asked him to forget about my brakes and tires which I ended up having to spend my own money on and to at least fix my suspension and he just ignores my question and changes the subject and tells me to wait a couple months and then try to go through my warranty againWhich is leaving me at a standstill once again because my car is not safe to drive and I have no money to fix these issuesI am nowhere near satisfied.?

I am rejecting this response because that doesn't make any type of sense because when I took the car to the mechanic shop that was recommended to me by [redacted] himself they warned me about how bad and dangerous my suspension is and advise me not to drive itI went to speak to [redacted] the same day and he had told me that the shop was just trying to make money off of meI took the car to a second shop the next day and again they confirmed my suspension is completely badI am tired of speaking to [redacted] directly because he always makes excuses and tries to make my car issues not important nor does he want to take any responsibility of selling me an unsafe vehicle.?

I understand your frustration, however, we do not personally know either of the mechanic shops that you have spoken with nor seen any proof of the vehicle being unsafeAs far as I am concerned and to my knowledge of this particular vehicle, what they said just doesn't make sense to meI reached out to ***'s warranty company and was told that this is being taken care of by themWhy is this not being handled with the warranty company directly when this vehicle is FULLY covered under warranty?

Good afternoon to whom it may concern,I am very disappointed to see this review as we pride ourselves as a company with the intention to run our dealership with trust, care and morality.? We, as you know, are a used car dealershipWe do our absolute best to maintain and upkeep our vehiclesWe
always offer our customers the opportunity to bring their personal mechanic or take our vehicles to a mechanic of their choice prior to purchasing to assure that nothing like this is to occur.? This option was offered to *** *** as well as her fiance' ***, which they declined and to the best of our knowledge, this vehicle was in great condition prior to selling itWe have even been told by the said customers that the vehicle is still driving great just days agoWe have receipts and proof that the mechanical work spoken of was in fact completedThe previous parts are in our possession as wellI would love nothing more than to give these customers an absolutely positive experience, which is why we furnished a 3-Month Engine/Transmission Warranty under our expenseBesides the fact that we also offered a decent discount for them on this particular vehicleI would love to resolve this in any way possible, please let us know if there is any reasonable way that we can doThese are great people and I am saddened that this review was thought ofThank you for your time and we look forward to resolving this matter together
