Innovative Grow Lights

Review: It defies belief that as a customer I have been waiting for close to a month for a return phone call or response to one of the roughly 10 polite email messages I have sent to Innovative Grow Lights (spaced out reasonably over the month - not harassing) regarding a refund for a product that was returned to them on February 9th brand new unopened in the original box (verified UPS tracking) within 10 days of my original order; after notifying them the same day I received it that I would be returning it. They confirmed via return email at that time they would refund my money when they received the product. They have $538 of my money and have had their brand new unopened product back for now going on 30 days. They are completely unresponsive: they will not pick up the phone or return email. My return was completely within their own return policy but yet they are ignoring me and not refunding my money.On each email I have included my phone number to ensure they had multiple ways to contact me. I have verified the email address is working because I received initial correspondence from IGL on that email address committing to a refund.It is unfathomable to me that a company would willfully ignore a customer with a legitimate return, take receipt of the product back and continue to withhold the money indefinitely. I understand delays happen or if problems arise..... but there is no acceptable explanation for willful refusal to see my emails coming in time and time again but CHOOSING to not to respond to a customerDesired Settlement: Full refund sent to me via overnight check!
