""> On our website, it clearly and visible states in two different places our T&C's, if the customer does not cancel after the day trial, they will be enrolled in a monthly subscription programThere is no way to bypass seeing these T&C's for there is a check box the customer needs to click to agree to themThe customer has to do this TWICE before checking outMany other websites operate this way as well, such as Netflix, Hulu, Onstar, and many different credit score websitesAlthough it is not our responsibility to make sure a customer fully understands the T&C's, I have refunded the $back to the customerIt should hit her bank account in 2-daysWe hope this brings forth complete resolution to this customerIf there is anything else we may do, please let us knowWe appreciate the feedback and strive to improve our companies businessThank youSincerely, Joann F* NutriHealth, LLC

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused the customer. Our T&Cs are presented to the consumer two different times before submitting their order. Many times, the customers do...

not read the T&Cs thoroughly.
 
However, this issue has been brought up as soon as the customer was notified by her bank. I have refunded in full the $86.94 and $77.84. If there is anything else we may help with, please feel free to contact me. Thank you and I hope this brings forth resolution for the customer.
