[redacted],
You were free to reach us at our number XXX-XXX-XXXX.
You purchased a used vehicle for 2000 bucks with...
around 200,000kms on it. It you want to replace every component in the front end, you might be looking at around $1500.00 materials and labour. All used vehicles require maintenance. New ones do not. This situation does not warranty a Revdex.com complaint. We are an electrical service company. This is not a place where you complain about a mechanic bill on a used vehicle you purchased. Yes the vehicle passed a roadworthy inspection. It's roadworthy. Feel free to give me a call to discuss. Something I believe you should have done in the first place.

I have suggested a proposal to the purchaser that is fair to both of us. We came to an agreement. The main issue, is I was working in an area of Alberta with no reception. The purchaser believed I was ignoring him. I was not.
