Innovative Home Restoration

Innovative Home Restoration has done several jobs for us over the years. These jobs include hot water heater replacement, remodel of basement to make a functioning kitchen, bathroom and laundry, (basement job included removing old linoleum and replacing with new vinyl flooring, painting, installing a pocket door among other things) remove old front porch and replace wheelchair ramp with composite decking, replacing two garage doors, installing cedar and faux wrought iron fencing, remodel of two rooms with install of ceiling fans, painting, replacing wood trim and installing wood laminate flooring.
This last remodel looks great. We were really working on a tight budget and [redacted] did what he does best.....gets things done. [redacted] is scheduled to come back in the spring and do extensive work on our rotting cedar pergola and deck. [redacted] is creative and always finds acceptable options if one can't afford top of
the line products. He is honest and trustworthy. [redacted] has had the key to our
house for over ten years. That is how much we trust him. [redacted] is old school. He works hard until the job is done.
