Innovative Interiors was the retailer for this projectC*** Woodworking was the contractor. This project was performed in 2014, not as Mr*** had stated. In addition, there wasn't a contract for any installation of baseboards in the homeWe installed toe kicks which are
part of the bottom of the cabinet. The contractor for the project was Martin C*** of C*** Woodworking in Phx.Mr*** had called me one time earlier this year to ask me for *** phone number.I presented the number to him and never heard from Mr*** again until this Revdex.com complaint.I had no idea there was any issue since there was no communication between myself and Mr***. The communication was between Mr*** & Martin C***.Once this complaint was received, I called MrC*** and he scheduled an appointment with Mr***.MrC*** called Mr*** and scheduled an appointment for Friday, July 28thMrC*** arrived and completed the work on Friday, July 28thAt this point I have not heard anything else needed from Mr***.MrC*** has confirmed with me today (July 31st) that any work that needed to be completed was performed
Review: Lifetime warranty was offered on shutters purchased in June 2012, however numerous requests to fix several issues have gone ignored, including two arch louvers that have fallen out of place (requested the top louvers be nailed shut as this is not the first time this happened), and one shutter has a broken magnet that will not close. Contacted Warranty rep two times beginning of October and was told they would get back to us in a couple of weeks, no response after and no response to additional phone calls made. Contacted owner October 30th and was assured that he would have someone out to us by the end of the following week. No contact since, have sent text and left message with no response.Desired Settlement: Repair of Warranty Issues without further delays in getting warranty items fixed.

Response:
We have been to the [redacted]' residence to address the issue with the louvers prior. At that time, we had informed Mrs. [redacted] that with the angle of her particular arched shutters, they required careful operation or the louvers could slip again. I did speak with Mr. [redacted], and informed him we will take care of the said issues. However, since vast majority of our work is in the far East Valley, it may be a bit until we have someone up there. I assured him we will add him to our schedule when we are anywhere near his residence. With that said, I want to make Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] happy and to resolve their complaint. I have rescheduled our day tomorrow and will have someone at their residence in the morning between 10:00-12:00 to address the louver and the 1 magnet issue.

?
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
