Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We did let Innovative kitchen and bath fix the countertop the first time when they deliver and installed it unpolishedGlue were sticking out around the corners and there were cracks on the sides of the countertopWe then complained about it, then they sent out their best guy to fix the problemAfter he attempts to fix it, it still looks very badHe told us that it was the best he could do because it's just a very bad job doneTherefore, I don't think attemptting to fix it the second time will be any better because they already sent out their best guy according to themIf the company is advertising quality work, they should have it done correctly the first time by getting a someone who has experience with natural stonesThe marble countertop was supposed to be the centerpiece of the bathroomWe expect it to be perfect, so we asked them if they want to replace it with the closest pattern that we have or just give us $off, they decided with the $off We did not say that we didn't want the trim strip, and that was a lieHow can they suggest it to us if they don't even have that part for it?They didn't even know that you need a trim there to stop the water from splashing outWhy would anyone sacrifice water leak for looks? This is another point that they are lyingAfter we did some research and show them what should be installedIt's obvious that they are not professional We owe them nothingThe shower strip was installed on 5/9/and we wrote the check and sent it out on 5/10/ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This customer has refused to pay the balance of there contract owed to usWe do not warranty work that has not been paid for

conversation.
Regarding the check, it was delay due to the project wasn't doneThe shower door was leaking water, and they have to order the part to stop the leakWe sent the check immediately after they fix the shower door leakageThere are also proof of the conversationit's also on the contract that it will be fully paid only when the project is fully completed

I would like to say one more time.
Customers complaint- They are not Honoring the warranty they provide.
This customer does not have a warranty and was not told they have one and was not provided one.
I really hope this does not affect our record, since this is someone who is trying to force us to do free work by filing this complaint.

After he attempts to fix it, it still looks very bad. He told us that it was the best he could do because it's just a very bad job done.
