To start with we never signed a service agreement with [redacted] and the payment amount is completely overblown and false. The client we were dealing with was [redacted] of [redacted].We load containers for him and he asked us to load this container in question in April. We asked him as...

usual to submit goods and consignee information with accompanying documents. During the loading the complainant came there with two cars filled with personal effects and [redacted] introduced him as the owner of the cars. We asked that payment be made for trucking,loading and other miscellaneous charges before the sailing. The payment was made  after the sailing, in fact not until the container had arrived at the port of destination. When we sent information about the shipment, the shipping line through our freight forwarder couldn't verify the receiver's information. We asked [redacted] to provide it and he kept saying he would he would ask the complainant. This went on for several weeks till the shipping line charged us an extra $300. We asked for the payment but the complainant went back and forth with us till he eventually sent a friend to make the payment. By this time more than 3 weeks had passed and the container was already at destination. It was already late and we had warned both [redacted] and the complainant that we would be not be liable for delays in receiving the appropriate documents if tardy payment was made. We proceeded to complete payment for the container release documents  to be be provided and we got it in August. Then in November complainant called to ask for $300 to help him pay for  his plane ticket which we couldn't provide It is because of this refusal that he is making this complainant. When someone shoots himself in the foot and cries foul, the blame goes to him alone. Kindly dismiss the complaint

I am rejecting this response because:This is completely false, I have provided documentation, where is yours? You are a liar and a criminal. I also have proof, a witness from [redacted] shipping whom requested to be my witness during any legal proceeding, they released my container for a second payment in [redacted] because the first payment paid to your company went missing. I will see you in court.
