Ms. [redacted] had her 1st [redacted] laser treatment on November 15th.  Ms [redacted] initially stated concerns after her 2nd 1 hour treatment, which was on November 22nd and was advised it was too early to expect drastic results and to continue Innovative Lasers of Houston’s customized nutrition plan...

which was provided at the time of initial consultation on November 8, 2017; and not to deviate from that plan. Senior management continued to speak with and monitor her on numerous occasions after her initial concerns and constantly advised her to continue Innovative Lasers of Houston’s customized nutrition plan due to our concerns about her body fat mass increase and fluctuation.  Ms. [redacted] was again advised on November 27, 2017 to follow the nutritional plan. Looking over Ms. [redacted]’s charts there are many fluctuations in body fat percentage and in body weight which suggest that Ms. [redacted] was not following the nutrition plan as advised.  Based on these findings it is clear Ms. [redacted] was not committed to the nutrition plan nor has she completed enough treatments to see positive results.  Ms. [redacted] is not entitled to any refund, however she has several laser treatments left and is more than welcome to continue and complete any remaining laser treatments due her.  Innovative Lasers of Houston prides itself on professionalism and the success of all of our patients.

Innovative Lasers of Houston keeps detailed notes when speaking with patients, some notes from Ms. [redacted] file have been attached for reference. Generally it is advised that patients come every other day during a two week time frame to see the best results, this would be 6 sessions in two weeks. Ms. [redacted] had not completed the 6 sessions by the end of the initial two weeks of treatment, which is illustrated by the measurement chart attached. She was regretably given misinformation regarding nutrition by a staff member which was handled immediately by us the following day, and again the correct recommended nutrition plan was given to Ms. [redacted] by senior management on both November 22nd, and November 27th. Even after this error, Ms. [redacted] body fat percentage and body weight continued to rise, which indicates that she continued to not follow the given nutritional plan. She is not entitled to a refund per our refund policy, however she is still eligible to come in to complete [redacted] laser treatment sessions due her.
