Review: I ordered 2 replacement marina lights on August 22, 2013. The order (order #[redacted]) totaled $370.80 and was charged to my credit card. I did not receive the items after several weeks and tried to contact the company. It was very difficult to get in touch, but finally did, and was told by [redacted] that the items were on backorder. I waited a couple more weeks and tried to call again. I cannot get **. [redacted] to return my calls or emails. I have been trying to get a refund for months but cannot get any response to emails or voicemails left for **. [redacted].Desired Settlement: Full refund
