I signed up with Innovative to learn how to sell merchandise online & to develope a website After days, I wrote them a letter to tell them I was not cut out for this business, of which I paid &3,I had just retired from teaching at the local community college & was now on a fixed budgetThey would not let me out! Their services were four, minute sessions with homeworkI always had more questions, but time always ran outSeveral sessions had to be changed because the coach couldn't keep the datesWhat should have been completed by the first of August, is now September The other goal was for me to find one to three items to sell on ***Last session, the coach finally helps me come up with a gardening knife We also, at the last session, had to find a warehouse who is a drop shipper with no shipping feesHe finds a ware house who drop ships but it's our last sessionI discovered the warehouse charged shipping and I was not able to find this item any

We have attempted to investigate Ms. ***’s complaints, but it is difficult to determine exactly what they are. Specifically, Ms. ***’s complaint states in its... entirety:. . . Every day bully phone call. . . disputed they send phone loges nothing I gain. . . trust issue and legitimacy of whole thing is unbelievable. So much worry and stress. . . please help. I want my O.P.M. back to my credit card company please. $4850.00.Based on the wording of Ms. ***’s statement, it is difficult to determine exactly what her issues with Innovative Online Design are. However, it appears that part of her complaint involves the allegation that she was promised that if she purchased Innovative Online Design’s services, she would make $10,000 per month. That allegation is inconsistent with the written contract Ms. [redacted] executed. Specifically, the written agreement states: “Online Design does not represent or guarantee any increased sales, revenues, profits or success due to the Services provided to Client.”In short, Ms. ***’s claim that she was guaranteed $10,000 if she purchased Innovative Online Design’s services is belied by the contract between the parties.As indicated above, to the extent Ms. [redacted] has other issues with Innovative Online Design, we are unable to determine what those issues are. Accordingly, given that the only cogent argument Ms. [redacted] makes is invalid, we see no reason to provide her with the refund she seeks

I have been with Innovative Online Design now for a couple of monthsI did have to pay a pretty hefty charge to them, but everything that they promised me they have deliveredThey have given me full support with every aspect of this new adventure that I have startedI am excited to begin my new life! Innovative Online Design has given me all the tools to do this, and all the guidance a person could need

Single mom here trying to make money on side of going back to school this place seemed interesting called and they talked me into a trial offer with a day back out time that cost me $ I never once remember signing something so extreme in my financial state they are such smooth talkers and literally fast one that they don't let you read what your are signing and even when I called them on it they got me to stay just long enough so that the trial lapsed and they will not issue me a refund I have to do the training I bought or nothing Now I cant even get them on the phone, email or ect Overall between the CPA they made me get, I am out 15k and filing bankruptcy for Christmas and they are just sitting there taking my money to bank they have ruined me
please help me get justice and stop them

I was lied to about the service this company had provided me, the phone call was recordedThe service had issues and I wanted a refundI paid $6,for their software to build my websiteI was refunded $4,but they refused to give me back the remaining $1,They responded saying I used their serviceIn my response, I told them already paid for their services with the additional $and $that I paid twice which was not refundedI have all the emails, bank statements, and proof

First of all, I am years old and retired, I search the internet for virtual part-time jobs daily I saw an interesting ad for work from home and the fee was for the information I signed up and paid the fee and received a phone call from a charismatic persuasive salesman and before you know it I had signed a contract for and charged it to my credit cards, this was on 1/17/ I knew immediately that whatever he had said was too good to be true and besides it was extremely complicated for me at this time in my life So on 1/18/I wrote them and indicated that I wanted to cancel the contract and get a full refund on my credit cards Well I received a phone call from an even more charismatic persuasive salesman, being the top guy, after talking with him and giving all my reasons to cancel and him outmatching me reasons I should stay in the contract, he won and I found myself apologizing for trying to opt out I still mulled this over and knew that I would not be a

May of Innovative Online Design was paid $2,by myself For a completed "Professional" website for my business, instead, what I received was automated template of a gadget application with poor design layout as well as unuseful and misspelled keywords As a result "***" search engine no longer recognizes my site "URL"/"DOMAIN as a legitimate or active site and can no longer work

I am wondering if anyone out there has had a bad experience with this company? In August of I answered an ad from a company called computer-oasis.comThis company was advertising that you could make up to $without much technical experience, by just posting links for companies that were desperate for people like me that were interested in supplementing their income from home
