"Your 4 o'clock is here and didn't bring his paperworkâ. Embarrassing. They told me they sent it to me via mail. I was then told that if I didn't do my paperwork within a 1/2 hour they wouldn't see me. After less than 10 minutes was told they wouldn't see me (after I took time off work). Then they told me that I was supposed to go online and fill the paperwork out in advance. As I stated, I was never told this. She then basically called me a liar claiming she spoke with the new patient scheduler and that she had told me to go online. I love being a new patient, embarrassed, called a liar.
