The customer came in with a flat tire on 09/11/which was a non-repairable tireThe customers' vehicle is an "All Wheel Drive", not a four-wheel driveIt is a "Big O Tires Policy" to not replace one tire on an all-wheel drive vehicleMost dealerships that are aware of the vehicles drivetrain
will agreeIt causes the transmission damage over a period of timeWe had warrantied one tire and charged the customer for her three new tires which was the correct way to do since the vehicle was an All-Wheel driveThe next day, the customer came in and picked up all the four used tires even the defective tire that we need to send back to Big O Warranty because it is an adjustment claim in our part for the reimbursementWe have called the customer and left a voicemails and have received no response on whether she is bringing the warranty tire back for us to claimWe would like the customer to bring back the adjustment tire, or the customer will have to owe us for an additional tire that we could not warranty due to her taking itIt is never our intention to take advantage of the customer, because of the customers' safety, we must abide by the Policy and the right thing to do for the customer

After reading the email that was sent to me from Revdex.com. Big O Tire Center responded and said that it was an "All Wheel Drive" vehicle and that they had to change all of my tires after I receive an email I called that [redacted] and they explained why they had to change all the tires. [redacted] from Big O Tires said because you have a  "Four-Wheel Drive" that's where the mix-up began. I did speak with  [redacted] at Big O Tires and told him that he will have that damaged tire that they gave me back to them when I picked up the tires they gave me all four tires not Five. I appreciate what a Big Old Tires did for me and I am going to have to look into getting another car I cannot afford getting another flat and then having to replace that flat and getting All Tires replaced every time.I wish that there was no miscommunication but there was and I apologize to Big O Tires. Sincerely [redacted] :)

I offered to give you the online price, but you already got the tire. So I'm not sure what you would like us to do for you.I can offer you an apology for the mistake on our part.
