Innovative Revenue Solutions, LLC Reviews (4)

Mr*** did register on our "online auction platform" to bid. There are general terms and project specific terms. We have over 29,bid numbers registered and have been in business and registering bidders since April 2011. The general terms are that you will receive bid
notifications on bids placed, notices on projects that you have viewed and notifications on up-coming projects or auctions. He simply received notifications on up-coming auctions. We have NEVER received a complaint from another registered bidder in nearly years about receiving up-coming notifications. We offer and "unsubscribe" option from where they registered to received notifications and many that are not interested choose to unsubscribe. These bidders may stay involved yet want to manually check back with our online bidding platform to learn of the new projects available. Once receiving the above "rude" email, I responded (above) with the same explanation and the option to be removed from email notifications or removed from our system completely. I asked this bidder to reach out to me personally and I would handle his request. He instead went to Revdex.com to post a formal complaint. He has been removed from our system and will no longer be able to bid on our system and will no received email notifications of our auctions or promotions. John R***Owner

Mr ***'s email address was removed weeks ago. Based on the lack of reasonable doubt on both sides as well as trust, we have suspended Mr ***'s bidding privileges indefinitely. We believe this is the best resolution for all. There is an obvious lack of trust on both sides and I cannot imagine why Mr*** would want to use our services again in the future. Sincerely, John R***

There is no evident unsubscribe option anywhere that I have seen on the website, and the owner's email to me stated that I "agreed" to receive these messages -- I did not -- and, quoting his reply, "If you want to be deleted from our system we will do so based in [sic] your request.  Now that you know who we our and how we obtained our [sic] permission, if you still want to be removed from our system you can contact me directly and request such."This is not "reaching out" to resolve the matter, this is being told to belt up or buzz off.  Reaching out would have been providing a link to unsubscribe.  I wish to a) keep my account as there are upcoming auctions in which I have an interest, and b) not receive unsolicited notifications of other auctions.  Nowhere in their terms of service is having an active account at Innovative Revenue Solutions website made contingent upon agreeing to receive unwanted commercial email; therefore, the reply from this business is unacceptable.

If my email address was removed three weeks ago, why did he not say that three weeks ago?  We would not be going through this back-and-forth had he done so.My request remains to simply not receive advertising emails, which I am not required to receive as a condition of having an account with his company.  My request is *not* to have my whole account terminated, and the owner's action can only be regarded as being done out of spite.I have made repeatedly clear that I did not want my account suspended or disabled.  I have made no complaints about the auction experience I have had with Innovative Revenue, and there is a current series of auctions in which I have an interest and are the reason I made an account with the company in the first place.  His own records will show that in the two auctions in which I have participated successfully, my payments have been prompt and communications clear and friendly.  I have, of course, made no complaint about the perfectly proper and expected communications that were directly related to my bidding activity, and my experience with Ms. [redacted], who managed those other two auctions, was nothing but positive. The complaint is about Mr. R[redacted]' unwillingness to take responsibility for Innovative Revenue's advertising behavior, his inaccurate statements regarding his own company's terms of service, and his increasingly contradictory statements about what actions they may or may not have taken.  He has blown this whole thing out of all proportion to the initial request. As his own initial response to me stated (provided earlier in this complaint), he said *nothing* about taking my email off their advertising list in January, and instead stated -- incorrectly -- that I had agreed to be added as a condition of my account creation.  As the terms of service state (also provided earlier), there is no such requirement, nor is there even any mention of the possibility of being added to a third-party mailing list.Only *now* does he say it was done three weeks ago.'Dishonest' is a harsh word, but a difficult one to avoid here.
