Our Solar Water Heater panel on our roof sprung a leak and water was flowing down so I needed someone to come out and fix it fast I made about phone calls and Jerry *** the owner of Innovative Solar was the only one to call me back He was so nice and actually made it out in only hours! He did his basic maintenance package which he said needs to be done every years Well I was past due and the part that was leaking was one of the he replaced Cost me $and I am so glad I found him I asked him for a sticker so that in years I'll know to call him back again! He is an honest experienced man and he did a great job, and responded quickly to my call What more can you ask for?

System purchased from them has failed miserably to meet promised expectations. Communication is horrible. Our energy costs have increased rather than decreased. Employees have forbidden us from contacting owner.
