questioned as to whether Innovation Solutions could do a portion of the work.  Innovation Solutions then restructured its bid and provided Ms. [redacted] with a new proposal.  The new proposal called for partial completion of various items of work.  The contract was restructured on a "pay as you go" basis.  In fact, Innovation Solutions has performed all work as agreed by the "revised" bid and agreement as well as Innovation Solutions has performed work above and beyond the work that was called for in the bid/agreement and has yet to be paid for such additional work and materials.  Innovation Solutions has sent Ms. [redacted] a demand letter and will perfect its lien against Ms. [redacted]'s property should the Revdex.com Dispute Resolution process fail to resolve situation.I am enclosing copies of the bid documents as well as the demand letter for your review and convenience.Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]
