Innovative Surfaces  strives to be flexible with its clients on the front side as to not require appliances and plumbing on site at the measures. Having these items on site would give us 100% certainty as to how that appliance is to be installed so we can prepare for it at install.  Having...

spaces in the cabinets for appliances alone doesn't answer these questions and this being a wet bar application point more to under counter refrigerator. The Air gap hole is something that is not consistent adhered to in the industry and if it is just an counter swap and existing appliances are being used one would not be drilled or if no permits where needed for the work the the required hole would not be needed are well. We have been forced to replace tops due to just drilling them in the past for these reasons.  The process we have in place is to ask our client if an air gap hole is needed or wanted. We feel confident that this question is asked 98% of the time.  The issue at hand it that we most likely asked our customer which was All inc. and were give the answer to not drill it.  The $200 fee is the standard fee for 1 hour of labor on site inclusive of the trip charge to get there for any additional work required after completion so it is a flat fee for anything 1 hour or less on site. Any Invoice that we have sent has gone to All inc and since there did seem to be a communication breakdown we will issue a Check to the [redacted]s for $200 as long as they have paid All inc in full for there services.SincerelyTodd [redacted] COO Innovative Surfaces
