I am rejecting this response because: Their clam of a faulty sensor is a complete lie. No sensors were installed on the lights I requested to be "motion" activated. I purchased the required sensors at my expense because Hogg did not respond to any texts and face to face conversations with both the owner and the manager. The hole that was drilled was also caused by Hogg and they failed to take responsibility. What other trade would drill holes in the soffit right next to each other. The electrician who installed the dishwasher did not install the feet for the dishwasher and during his attempt to install, scratched the hardwood flooring. The flooring has been taken care of All of the issues were addressed FACE to FACE with Hogg electric and there were more promises given to us as to when things would be taken care of. The only reason they just responded to the Revdex.com was because they failed to respond to your multiple request. I will not have any employee from Hogg electric on my property. I just want other folks out there to know how my job was (not) completed.

also an issue with a said "drill hole" that our company did not causeWe would love to do anything and everything to make our customer happy however there is nothing left for us to do in this particular situationThe general contractor that we were hired by on this job has let us know she is very happy with our work and also understands that this is not an issue we can handleWe at Hogg Electric take pride in always making the customer happyThis just happens to be an issue we can not fixThank you
