WE DO NOT MAKE OFFERS TO DRUG ADDICTS: we put a lien in place already I responded to this at least five times already this week so I guess we'll do it here on the RevDex.com website as well for the record this client has already had a property lien filed on her as well as being summonsed to small claims court we've known her for five years have been working with her in good standing on both sides throughout that time this project started out no different however two days into it things went south and neighbor started causing a lot of problems ended up delaying the project over today she was supposed to have things ironed out with her neighbor but she didn't and it turns out there's a lot of past history there like the fact that the client and her boyfriend have been buying dope from her 14-year-old son I would think any mother would certainly Carrie resentments because of that so she threatened to shoot us on a daily basis and have her dog chase after us talk about a hostile work environment because our client was dealing dope with her son halfway through the project I was knee-deep in it at the time already have money invested so I continue to move forward all the while the clients got high in the backyard around the children on the last day the client decided for some unknown reason not to allow us back on the property I don't know maybe she was high but the problem is we only have the equipment for so long the project was already delayed two days that making a third it's time for it to go back and I won't pay for it anymore if she wants it there she needs to pay for it but she's not willing to also unwilling to pay the balance due then turns around and starts criticizing our work alsocontinuing to refuse to pay the balance due and lie continuously this is no different by reporting us to the RevDex.com I'm not surprised just another way to beat around the bush delaying the inevitable addictive behaviors

I am rejecting this response because: I have had 7 contractors come by and look at the work.1) railroad ties are placed incorrectly. They should like horizontally.2) wall is crooked3) only one tie back was used for 76 feet. One is supposed to be set every 8 feet or so.4) Wall is tilted away from the house. 5) wall should be buried one inch underground for every foot above ground6) OKIE was not phoned before digging started7) no gravel was used for drainage8) it was backfilled with dirt which will push the wall further out9) I have professional opinions from 6 contractors10) An engineer is documenting the insufficiency of the work and that is was done incorrectly11) he ruined my neighbors house and didn't fix it12) I have reason to believe he lied about having insurance13) Wall should be 4 feet tall according to the engineer and a permit should be taken out. The wall is only 3 feet 2 inches tall.
