I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received any magazine issuesHow long do I have to wait for them to get here? This problem was supposedly resolved a month and a half ago

We can resend the current issue and extend her subscription for the missing issues

Replacement issue sent 7/26/

I am rejecting this response because:
In all the calls I made to this company I always asked if they had my correct address and I was told yesI would verify it with the customer service agent That was why it was so puzzling that the issues never came As of 5-21-I haven't received April's issueYes, I do realize these are bi-monthly magazinesI don't appreciate being said that maybe I didn't know this I'm just trying to get this settled once and for all and not keep going back and forth I decided with these comments from the company I have been reading that I am requesting a full refund This amount is $for a one year subscription, which my husband sent

She said that she received the Feb issue- if I can get her current address and contact information we will send a replacement issue. I am sorry if our customer service agent did not make this clear.

We have sent replacement copies, we can resend them, however her subscription is now expired so there is nothing to refund.

Replacement issues were sent to her on JUne 6th and her expiration date was extended.

I am rejecting this response because:  Subscription has not expired.  However the history of non-response and repeated failure to send issues is an indication...

there is something amiss with this firm.  To not get one issue is understandable but multiple ones not received, and not even receiving a resend shows there is something wrong.  The same pattern is true for another publication handled by the same firm.

The magazine is sent bi-monthly- she received February, the next issue was April (which she should have) and the next issue is not until June. Bi-monthly means every other month. On 3/1 the April issue was not out yet.

year, plus the remaining issues they still owe me. I notice their response said resend the issue, but I am due three issues so far. They need to follow through this time.
