Heat stopped working last Sunday, luckily we still had backup electric heat. Called [redacted]\'s on Monday, and Keith came early that evening to check out our system, found a couple of problems with the system and quoted us a price for the repair, and said he would send a crew out in the day light to fix our heat, we told him to go ahead. Tony and another guy (sorry other guy, I forgot your name) came the next day. Both men we\'re very pleasant and professional. To make a somewhat long story short and get to the point, after working for several hours they finished and give me the bill (drum roll) the bill was [redacted] dollars LESS then what I had agreed to! Your read correctly, [redacted] less than what I had agreed to. The could have kept the money and I would never have known the difference. Turned out the were able to fix the problems easier then they first thought. I have never had any business reduce a quote after I had agreed to pay the quoted amount. It was kinda like they give me money! That\'s why I wrote this lengthy review. Thank Keith\'s!

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. So we called Keith's Professional Service to see if there was any possible way they could come and look at it today. He was able to squeeze us in between appointments because of medical issues we have with a family member in the house that can't get overheated. Wonderful business! Very courteous, very fast and very fair! Couldn't have asked for a greater AC guy! Will certainly recommend to everyone we know!
