Dear Revdex.com:I Charlethia *. A[redacted] would like to take this opportunity to respond to the complaint against my business (Inns of Evergreen Assisted living, LLC). [redacted] was his own payee rep and signed his own checks; this resident like other ones that resides with us would sign checks...

in advance. This resident did sign this check prior to his death and I held onto it, this residence owes our facility for many invoices, with no family support financially. we have taken on medication, transportation and other financial obligations that must be billed to his Estate as we did not know that he had one and who to bill. (The Inns of Evergreen Assisted living, LLC) has received bills for [redacted] with no beneficiary to forward the bills to. This check was question for deposit and was told by family because he owed the facility (Inns of Evergreen Assisted Living, LLC) money that we could cash the check and that they would back us up. We have done nothing wrong. There are witnesses who can attest to the allegations that are being presented against my company that all transactions were verified before processed. We do not know the customer nor have they ever come to our facility for a visit or helped us with their father, so therefore I'm here to say that we are sorry for them not approaching us in a professional manner about this situation so that we could settle this complaint together. If you have any further questions please feel free to call me at ###-###-####.Documents can be provided upon request:Regards,Charlethia A
