Do not buy from this company! Do not believe for a second their 30 day free trial period! I am writing this review to save all those people and family members who are looking to buy a portable oxygen concentrator. The sales push from this company is hard, and the service is below weak! We were directed by the sales force to a concentrator that was not the correct one for my father. Trying to get help we were directed to change filters, take it out of the carrying case (defeating the purpose of it being portable) and it still did not work! The company was not eager to take it back then, or now. They need to train the staff not only in selling, but what is the correct product for the patient. Shame on you and your less than human supervisor who can only repeat company policy over and over, but refuses to truly listen and understand. I hope this review saves someone from getting ripped off and having to deal with this company!
I am writing this to complain about your company Inogen. My husband is suffering with heart failure and extreme COPD. It is important he take a long rest each afternoon. This afternoon at or about 2pm he received a phone call from your company by a person with the name of Tom. This call was made to New Mexico, zip code 88011. He ask how my husband was and my husband replied he was taking a nap. Your representative replied "Go ahead and drool on your pillow and turn down the television" and then hung up. If this is what you want to represent your company, you are not going to sell many of your product. This was rude and you should investigate and fire this person .
