I am rejecting this response because:
I appreciate that Inova Behavioral Health PHP finally corrected the $error in my account, although they did not explain whether they had correctly refiled the claim and been reimbursed by my insurance or just canceled the charge They also did not address whether the $in bad debt that had been listed in error on my account for months negatively affected my credit rating.In addition, there are now over $of new charges on the account that were not there beforeI have asked for itemized descriptions of those charges in order to understand what they are for.I should mention that I received a call from the business today and was not able to pick up, so at least they are tryingI may be able to resolve the issue with them directly soon It seems that the Revdex.com complaint process was helpful in getting this issue resolved, which should not have been necessary
