Purchased a portable air concentrator Worked great for a while, but when we had a problem we found a company that cared little Certainly not a company and people you can depend upon when a loved one need oxygen I caution others to require the store you buy from to provide assistance when you buy a product from Inova Took one month for the repair and unit to be returned Just brought it back to store where purchased The unit does not work! I have only spoke with one Inova person, the salesmen he did not understand the issues and concerns we had Again, they make a product that people depend upon to LIVE!
Would caution others to demand full responsibility from the store where purchased because you cannot count on Inova
Upon becoming aware of this complaint through the Revdex.com on 27JulInova Labs Customer Care Manager contacted the patient to determine the serial number of the Oxygen Concentrator in question The delivery attempt on 01Julfailed due to Inova Labs being closed for a national holiday
FedEx delivered the unit on 08Jul The oxygen concentrator was identified, repaired and return shipped to the customer on 28Jul All repairs were performed in warranty The repaired oxygen concentrator was delivered to the patient on 02Aug Inova Labs Customer Care Manager followed up with the patient to ensure the oxygen concentrator was received and was working properly The patient indicated that the unit was received and was working properly

I particularly wish to compliment the young man, [redacted], with whom I spoke and who expedited my unit through the repair process and had it shipped back to me promptly. [redacted] did also follow up to see that the unit was received. I hope that [redacted] sees fit to retain [redacted] as good employees are not to be wasted.
