We rented from this company for a little over two years. They are by FAR the worse landlords we have ever had. When there was a problem it took them days and weeks to fix them. When we had our a/c out it took 3 weeks to get a new one. In Ewa in the middle of a heat wave that is pretty miserable. The landlord Paul never offered any relief (fan, temp a/c) or anything. They would just tell us they were finding the cheapest option for the owners. A management company isn't supposed to look out for only the owners, they should look out for the tenants also. Especially when those tenants pay rent every month on time and take care of the property. There were many problems wrong. We had our house broken into. They never even came and fixed the lock. We had to use a stick for our security. I could go on...but I wont. We eventually got to the point of not calling them if there was a problem. And just fixed things ourselves. All I can say is please look elsewhere for a rental. These people seem nice up front, but they are con artist and slum lords. They don't care about your best interest, all they want is your money. If you do rent from them...know your rights and good luck!!!
