[redacted] This past weekend I needed posters printed and mounted on foam board This project took them days to complete and cost ***'s each [redacted] plus taxes When I picked them up there was a huge pen mark on of the posters The shop owner [redacted] advised he would redo the poster and it would be ready the next day I advised him that I definitely needed it the next day (Saturday) because the trade show was on Sunday My agent went to pick up the poster on Saturday and was advised that it was not complete and she would have to pick it up early Sunday morning at 9am On Sunday morning at 9am my agent went to the shop and there was a piece a paper on the door that said the store would not be open until 11am This was to late for us so she made her way down to the event Today when I called [redacted] at INPRINT to advise him he started screaming at me that it was my fault He accused me that I used the pen marked poster and that I should have left it there When in fact he should have taken it from me if that was his concern NO refund or credit was given After screaming at me like a crazy person he said I could take my business elsewhere This business person (***) is prepared to throw away a good corporate client for *** [redacted] To all of you that plan on using this print shop, be prepared to not receive customer service if the job goes wrong Prepare yourself for a screaming match on the phone on how it is YOUR fault and not theirs

To all of you that plan on using this print shop, be prepared to not receive customer service if the job goes wrong. Prepare yourself for a screaming match on the phone on how it is YOUR fault and not theirs.
