I was charged for 89.82 and 89.84 for something I didn't order. I want a refund. I have never been on the site to have ordered.
I woke up this morning and noticed 2 charges taken from my account. One charge was for 89.82 and the other was for 89.84. It was for some weightloss and detox product. I never ordered this or even heard of the company. I can't afford this and I don't want it. Please stop the delivery and refund my money.

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded for the 2 amounts charged to my account and I don't want this to happen again.

I would like a refund for the 4 transactions that they took out of my account. I have not received any product.
I have had 4 transactions of 89.82 taken out of my account. I have canceled the products more than once. And I haven't received any products. I need my money that they are constantly taking from me. No products. All the information I have is inshape detox 844-483-0145 flus... Please give me a call back or email. This is really important.

I am waiting on a refund of 4 transactions of 89.82. I will continue to find out more solutions to get my money back from the products I never received

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the KetoGeniks Keto and KetoGeniks Detox, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 01/25/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84 and $6.82. Your trial ended on 02/14/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We went ahead and cancel your account today (05/26/2020). Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process a refund of $89.84 and $89.8, $18.00 and $39.00 total of $236.66

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Got trial subsc (which never received) and now I am being charged on my credit card for add order not placed for $89.82...tried calling no response
New charge of 89.82 for product sent no order was placed...impossible to get a hold of....do not have order number as didn't place one...contacted by Chase re: this amount as they even knew it was fraudulent. I want the charge reversed and taken off ...and cancel any further business with this company. BTW did not even get original order yet.

We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Service Support today (02/05/2020) and refunded you back $89.84 and $89.82

I finally got a hold of them. They were only going to credit me $40 each and not the entire amount. The ONLY reason they gave me back the entire amount was I said that I had already complained to Revdex.com. FYI, they charge your CC exactly 14days after receiving samples, which I did not get. So thank you, as you were the only way I was getting my money refunded.

Free trial turned into a $179.66 monthly charge which was not clearly disclosed. Returning one shipment minus $38 restocking fee.Other shipment denied
After contacting company, I am able to return one shipment minus a $38 restocking fee. That fee is ridiculous! I should not have to pay a cent for additional items I did not request. Supposedly they are processing an initial $70 refund ( available in 3-5 days), and will reimburse me the remaining $71.66(minus restocking fee) once they receive the return. Initial free trial delivery was 10/2 and I have been charged $179.66 twice for two shipments since. I used a Mastercard debit card to secure shipment for the free trial.

Desired Outcome

I request a 100% refund for two shipments of non-requested items totaling $359.32. I am returning both shipments by Monday December 2, which I have to pay for, but if I can get that full refund the return shipment will be paid gratefully, so long as it doesn't cost a ridiculous amount.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 09/02/2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84 and $6.82. Your trial ended on 09/18/2019, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Service Support on (11/29/2019) and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $35.00 each of the products .

Since we do not normally do this but as a ONE time courtesy, we will be issuing you an additional refund of $54.82 and $54.84.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

Ordered free item, for only shipping, no other condition, received products with no papers. Later charged for two itesm total $179.66- not received
In Aug 2019 ordered the Detoxify ($6.82 S&H), and the Weight loss ($6.84 S&H) sample products over the internet. My credit card was charged the shipping fees on 8/26/19. Received the products few days later, there was no information with the products for reordering or about the products. I tried finding information on the company so I could stop any further charges in case that was coming (other companies have done this before); I had no luck. Then 9/11/2019 my Cr card was charged $179.66 for 2 products, never expected and NEVER RECEIVED. I called the company at number on credit card statement and after a real struggle they agreed to give me $120 credit. I agreed but warned that I would ask my bank for complete reversal as I owed them nothing. My bank reversed the $179.66, then their $120 credit was received and later they rightly took the $120 back. That should have been the end. But now my bank (Chase) tells me that on appeal by the company, they will charge me $59.66. That means that I will have paid $59.66 for a product I did not receive, ordered, or expected. It is like a penalty, and it is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

I expect they rescind their claim #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX filed with Chase in the amount of $59.66 against my bank account ending *** because the unexpected product was not received, and I owe NOTHING.

You had called to cancel on 09/11/2019 and the supervisor offered your courtesy credits of $60.00 for each products. On 09/18/2019 we received charge-back case. Company keeps sending orders every month charges my credit card and I only ordered sample already charged over 230.00 and I only ordered the sample
Purchased only sample was supposed to be a one time order now they send me an order every month and charge it to my credit card already charged 170.00 and I didn't place an order for any more this needs to stop immediately

Ordered Detoxify and Weight-loss sample product for S&H charges.No paperwork with order; just received new supply - not authorized.
In June 2019 ordered the Detoxify ($6.82 S&H), and the Weight loss ($6.84 S&H) sample products over the internet. My credit card was charged the fees on 10 Jun 2019 (transaction #84448300145 for both). Received the products few days later, there was no information with the products for reordering or about the products. I tried finding information on the company so I could stop any further charges (other companies have done this before); I had no luck. Today (27 July 2019) I received another shipment (USING THE SAME TRANSACTION NUMBER) - which I had not authorized to be sent; checked my credit card and they charged me $89.82 & $89.84. Again, there was no paperwork with the product, so have no way of stopping it from coming again. I want my money back and WANT THE ORDERS STOPPED!

Stop sending the product and refund me $179.66!

When I ordered from them none of their policy was explained or in writing. I was charged over $160.00 after I ordered a sample. I received no paperwork or explanation of any of their charges until two weeks after I received their product and the money was taken out of my bank account.
