No longer own this company this market The Westfield Indiana system, customers, employees were all sold to metro fiber net out of Evansville Indiana on February All billing and such is their responsibility they should be contacted for any problems [redacted] and any other employee she spoke to is a direct employee of [redacted] I respectfully request that this be removed from our Revdex.com board

Incorrect, I told MS *** that I should not have used the slag term and asked her to return our Internet service, she rejected my request and stated that I needed to call office I did not agree with this response As anyone can see, Inside Connect does not understand customer service We pay the bills and they provide the people of Owen County with high cost, poor quality and bad service The Mayor has even dropped their service, I spoke with him Where is proof of the written day notice, there is none You can fixed this by turning our Internet back on.%

Our credit card statement shows that the September 1st payment was made to Inside Connect, not [redacted].  [redacted] was an Inside Connect employee and he admitted that this refund was due and tried to issue the credit to our credit card.  [redacted] works for [redacted] now but prior to that he worked for Inside Connect. Neither Inside Connect nor [redacted] have been willing to issue this refund and do the right thing for their customer so both companies are deserving of this complaint.  I've filed the same complaint against [redacted] as well.

 I would like to see the document requiring a 30 day notice of cancelation.  We never saw a document from Insid e Connect Cable.  I also apoligzed at the local office for using the slang term.%

Our credit card statement indicates that the September 1st payment was made to Inside Connect, not [redacted]. An Inside Connect employee ([redacted]) verified that this refund was due and tried to issue the credit from Inside Connect to our credit card.  Unfortunately our credit card had expired. The Inside Connect employee then requested that Inside Connect mail a check. These actions indicate that Inside Connect recognized that we were owed a refund but ultimately refused to issue the refund. The statement that "[redacted] and any other employee she spoke to is a direct employee of [redacted]" is a falsehood. [redacted] was an Inside Connect employee. [redacted] worked for Inside Connect prior to working for [redacted] as well.  Both Inside Connect and [redacted] recognize that we are due a refund but neither have been willing to issue this refund and do the right thing for their customer so both companies are deserving of this complaint.  I've filed the same complaint against [redacted] as well.

There was absolutely no apology made (written or verbal) from the customer while he was at the office.  Had he apologized we would have gladly restored his service.
