On 4-2-I purchased some patio furniture from this store all in stock items no special orders.for Mr.Andy P*** *** of the store handled the transactionItems were to be delivered on 4-4-17.On tuesday4-3-I called Mr.P*** I said I would like to cancel the order and he said he would cancel and also he would notify deliverylate wedsafternoon the owner MrS*** called me and belittled me for aboutminutes and then hung up.he had informed me that in the fine print section I could not cancel the purchaseThe sales person did not inform me of any of the stores policy on sales.I am a veteran of wwand have some health issues one is Macular degeneration and can not read fine print without some maginafication and the sales person held his hand over the fine print section pointing to where I was to sign I also have hearing lossI guess all that goes with age.I believe the store should point out the stores policy when making sales which was not doneLate the even
I BOUGHT AN OUTDOOR TABLE FROM THEM TO KEEP A FRIDGE ONWHEN THE FRIDGE WAS PLACED ON THE TABLETHE TABLE WAS WOBBLINGI CALLED THEM TO INFORM OF THEMTHEY ASKED TO TIGHTEN THE SCREWS ON THE TABLE MYSLEFI EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I AM A PHYSICIAN AND HAVE NO EXPERTISE WITH ASSEMBLING FURNITURE AND THIS IS SOME THING I DON'T FEEL I CAN DO CORRECTLYTHEIR SECOND OPTION WAS FOR ME TO BRING THE TABLE BACK INTO THE STORE FOR THEM TO DO THE SAMEAGAIN I INFORMED THEM THAT THE FRIDGE WAS ON THE FURNITURE AND IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO LIFT IT FROM THE TABLE AN BRING IT TO THE STORE AT THAT TIME I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY COULD SEND A TECHNICIAN OUT TO FIX IT AT MY HOME BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $FEES FOR FOR THE SAMEWHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED THIS FEES AS IT WAS THEIR FAULT THAT THEY HAD SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PIECETHE SALES REP SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO THE OWNERSHE CALLED ME BACK AN HOUR LATER TO TELL ME THAT THE OWNER HAD REFUSED TO SEND A TECHNICIAN OU
We purchased chairs from them after spending an hour in store with sales associate We have a signed purchase order and paid for them
As we returning to the store with our truck to pick up chairs, the owner called and said this is an unfair deal and I voided the transaction When asked to explain his actions he just said its not fair We proceeded to the store where the owner berated us for negotiating the dealThe very deal his salesperson agreed to in writing, accepted our payment for and got approval for from the very owner who is now unilaterally voiding the transaction
We have a signed deal We have offer, acceptance and paymentHe refuses to honor it and somehow blames us for this deal This man is fraudulent, deceitful and unprofessional
